Furnaces don't smelt vanilla metal dusts

I ground up iron and gold in a pulverizer and the resulting dust would not smelt in your furnaces.

Which dust did you try smelting?

Iron dust didn't work. Gold did. However I encountered another issue. All pulverizers and furnaces had stopped progress and did not start back up on loading my test world. Even removing dusts that worked and putting them back in did not start smelting at all; zero temp change.

I broke and replaced some furnaces and then tried gold and it worked. When I put Iron in another one, my game froze and I had to crash it manually. It did generate a crash report though, so here's that: https://gist.github.com/Dragnier/156aeca56cf32a9c70492af1b5d65163
