Student Name/User ID Should be Visible for Jobs

Meta data on the grading jobs received by Orca will be very useful to the professors.

One of which is the student's name and/or user ID: this will help determine who may be spamming the grading queue, whether or not it is maliciously.

This will require updates to the docs on GradingJobConfigs, as well as updates to the UI and API.
