Cannot do IDWT2 on just sub-band coeffs

Sub-band coefficients

• There is a way to obtain the coeffs of all sub-bands. We need to create separate wt2 instantiations for each level of partitioning and use getDWT2Coeffs() on each instance to get the sub-band coeffs
• Check out quadtrees. Seem like a good data structure to represent the coefficients of the partitioned sub-bands.

This structure is implemented in commit 81607e3. Still a bit buggy though. Some kind of re-initialization of memory is taking place.
