Internal

• Remove the unused code and packages
• Add docs
• Refactor the download method
• Refactor the state manager
• Make a cleaner architecture for the file hierarchy

Tools

• Add the possibility to develop in a docker container
• More utilities command like npm run linux:make-zip

• Full refactor for the render pipeline
• Add more fancy fonts beside ones that are websafe
• Maybe a better positioning for the title and slogan

• Collect more relevant data regarding the choices:
  • Logo

  • Text
• The most popular choices of the logo to be shown in the first position of the Showcase

Hopes

• Apple will solve this problem
• Firefox will solve the problem with their SVG engine so that the logos from the showcase page will display correctly

from an UX perspective, I think the most important improvement is on the variations that we display in the 2nd step, I would do some research on the most popular logotypes and try to generate the 30 most popular concepts/styles.

In order to do that we can add an extra step for colors, so in the variation stage we don't need to vary too much in terms of colors so we can vary more by style/layout. Shopify is doing this better, probably Dragos/John can iterate on that.

Once we'll work on that I can get a bit more detailed if needed.
