Implement File Sharing and upload functionality in Chat.

Add the ability for users to upload and share files directly within chat conversations. Users should be able to select files (documents, images, etc.), upload them securely, and send them as part of the chat thread. Recipients should be able to view, preview (if supported), and download the shared files
