Are there plans to update this project (so it's not 2 years behind the main client)? #335

In this plugin one cannot use the newer models from the main client, nor the latest chat and context features. Despite the name change, it seems to be stuck in time in what Codeium used to be, i.e. 2 years ago before all of the great new additions Windsurf has experimented. 2 years without significant updates means this project is hugely outdated in the context of AI tools.
Is it the plan for things to remain like this? To just keep this project on life support without any meaningful updates? Or will there be a real effort to actually bring the features from the AI IDE we all support to the Vim/Neovim community (as it is stated in the website: "Bringing the Windsurf coding superpower to JetBrains, VSCode and 40+ other editors", where this project is referenced)?
You have demonstrated to be a team that really cares about making the best product for your users from the very start, however, in my opinion, the state of this plugin does not align with that image.
Please consider updating this project, the purely cosmetic name rebrand was exciting yet possibly misleading if the goal is not to update it to be on some level of parity with the main Windsurf client. If no updates of this kind are planned for the near future please state so clearly, so the users that need modern AI functionality in Neovim can start looking somewhere else and supporting other projects.
