Allow reading of SBML models #78
Description
In the create_context_specific_model.py file, the following file formats are available to read/write data: mat, json, and yaml. COBRApy also allows reading and writing Systems Biology Markup Language, SBML.
This should also be allowed to be read and written in COBRApy
