Implement auto-merge button

Attempt to soft merge some non-selected traces to each selected trace. Select all traces for which merge is within threshold, then do best fit.
* When merging, consider the best and the worst spot for merging
* When merging, consider if the new trace fits into the gap within the longer trace
* Optional: Delete all traces that do not fit anywhere
