Adding variables to be able to change the asset url-s for the Architecture and Rock kit without the need to rebuild the docker container

At the moment the default url-s for the Architecture and Rock kit assets aren´t alive anymore and you have to rebuild Spoke to change them.

Describe the solution you'd like
For example in case of a Kubernetes deployment it would be useful if these url-s could be changed by passing variables to the container.

The place of the url-s:
