New Spoke projects give error due to missing resource

Describe the bug

New spoke projects show this error as the server is no longer availabile and this the crater default model can't be found

To Reproduce

Create a new empty spoke project

Expected behavior

A default model should be shown, not an error message

I'm not sure if there's an intention to create a new asset server but in the meantime I thought it would be a helplful workaround to host the needed spoke assets within the Spoke github repo

There are a couple of commits here to add the crater file and reference it correctly

My suggestion is that this change is made in the upstream Hubs Foundation repo here even if on an interim basis?
