Spoke Projects page 'Featured Scenes' do not show by default

Describe the bug
Spoke Projects page 'Featured Scenes' do not show by default even if the featured tab is clicked, and even after switching the tab multiple times it still doesn't show

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'demo.hubsfoundation.org/spoke/projects'
2. Click on 'New Project'
3. Scroll down to 'Projects Section' - the 'Featured' button is already clicked.
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
It should show the list of featured scenes, like it shows list of 'all scenes'
