Create reQwip account (new user)

As a new reQwip user, I should be able to register a new account using my Facebook profile and by giving additional required information.
Requirements:
applies to Sellers and Buyers either unprompted from global nav or via workflow in posting items for sale or expressing interest in item for sale.
• user will click a "register" or "create account" (tbd) cta initiating registration process
• action will redirect to Facebook Authentication. (Interaction and criteria built in to FB flow)
• authentication should bring user to short form for providing additional required information:
Full Name (auto-fill from FB auth?)
contact email address (note to user "email not displayed")
select box to accept Terms and Conditions of Use with link to T&C page
