Add button to show/hide GPU clocks in the GPU utilization graph(s)

A button to show or hide all of the GPU clock details in the graph, clock information will remain available to view in the data inspector

Rather than adding an individual button for showing clocks, I will add additional button press behavior.
ex: "GPU" -> "GPU+" -> (not shown)
this would allow for additional details to be shown on demand without data overload by default.
