New imc message creation

I've tried creating a new IMC message in dune by following the procedure mentioned in the imc wiki. But IMC.xml is not getting updated when I run neptus & dune. Can anyone explain each step to create a new IMC message that can be accessed by dune, neptus.

To update the IMC on DUNE and Neptus you need to do the following. For DUNE you can check https://github.com/LSTS/dune/wiki/Working-with-IMC.

Neptus uses IMCJava for this.
So you need to generate the new libimc and libimcsender ./gradlew dist libsender check the https://github.com/LSTS/imcjava#compilation and to change the IMC version check the https://github.com/LSTS/imcjava#imc.
After compiling just copy libimc-xxx.jat and libimcsender-xxx.jar to lib folder of Neptus and update the dependencies with the names if changed.
