Frontend: Cannot change the LimeSurvey ID, Frontend allows it, but Backend returns the error: "LimeSurvey ID is immutable". Either fix it in Frontend or in Backend #618
Description
When trying to change the LimeSurvey ID under observations, I get an error "Lime Survey ID immutable". This should be either reflected in the UI or it should be mutable in the backend
