Deterministic README.md generation #173
Description
There are a few examples (asemic and random-lsystem) that generate random results.
- Probably requires Reproducible random sequence generator #171 to make asemic writing reproducible.
- random-lsystem not being deterministic feels like a bug
- Generate the README in the pipeline, and fail if there were any unstaged changes after generation
- Requires C++ build in the pipeline
