Highlight required input fields when creating compute blocks

when manually adding compute blocks, the required specifications/inputs/settings are not visually clear, potentially leading to confusion when creating a CB.
ToDo: Visually highlight the required input fields.
Optional: List missing fields beside the "create" button

Currently, the SDK does not support optional/enforced configuration inputs of a block. Therefore, configurations are always optional. The only input currently required is the "name" input, this one is currently already enforced by disabling the "create" button as long as not filled.
