messed up pagination

I've just run it against 200 sites, all up.

The report contains 10 pages, 7 pages with 25 screenshots on them, 1 page with 24 screenshots, 1 page with 1 screenshot, and 1 page with no screenshots. The total is 200, but for some reason they aren't spread over the pages in the right way.

I've just had this again on 400 sites, 15 * 25, 1 * 24, 1 * 1 and 1 * 0.

yeah, I think the error pages get moved to their own maybe(?) I'll check the logic again. IIRC its a bit tricky to follow, I wouldn't be opposed to a refactored reporting module to make it easier to follow and consistent-- there are a few other pagination issues open that might be better addressed with refactoring rather than trying to hunt down the specific issue here.
