[BUG] It doesn't recognize nightly AppImage builds of 86Box

Describe the bug
I'm trying to specify the path to 86Box in this app's settings, but it seems as though this program doesn't play well with nightly AppImage builds as downloaded from Jenkins @ https://ci.86box.net/job/86Box.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Browse'
3. Navigate to path of the 86Box AppImage and click 'Select'
4. See error '86Box executable could not be found... Are you sure you want to use this path?'
5. Click 'Yes'
6. '86Box version' reports: 'Unknown - may not be compatible'

Expected behavior
After clicking 'Select,' I expected '86Box version' to report the version of 86Box according to the AppImage, and how compatible the AppImage was to this app.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Host OS: KDE neon (based on Ubuntu 24.04)
• 86Box build number and type: 6350 dev
• 86Box Manager Version: 1.7.6.0e

For me none of the Linux builds that I know off are actually accepted. I tried manually specifying the location of my installed Flatpak version, that didn't work. Specifying the app image also doesn't work. I am not sure how I am supposed to get this working.

Hello,

My workaround for this was to simply rename AppImage binary to 86Box (making a symlink named 86Box will also work, eg ln -s 86Box-Linux-x86_64-b6130.AppImage 86Box). Although the "Unkown" error message still appears in the Settings tab, any VM I have will now start or configure as expected. For Flatpak version a shell wrapper will do the same trick:

1. Create a file 86Box in the directory you have set for 86Box path.
2. Add:

#!/bin/bash
/usr/bin/flatpak run --branch=stable --arch=x86_64 --command=86Box.sh net._86box._86Box $@

3. Make it executable wtith chmod +x 755 86Box

That simply did the trick for me. Roms then go into a "roms" folder inside the same directory that has the 86Box executable. Thank you!
