Support for xClaims

Respect option for the xClaims plugin:

How/Why:
The xClaims plugin has more downloads then any individual plugin currently supported- it is very widely used and it would be very nice to make betterRTP be even better for more servers :) ❤️

Additional Context:
Currently there are several plugins that can be configured in the Respect section of the config, however, xClaims is not one of them :)
