Crash with Simple Flax and Ender Lily

This one is somewhat hard to reproduce. Plant a field of Flax and Ender Lily together and shift to seed up production. Once they have swapped around (and the flax glitch out oddly at 44%) start trying to bonemeal some of them. You will occasionally get kicked to the main menu. I don't think this was the cause of the server crash but I founding it when checking if I just killed the server.
