Hammer Bug: Model browser becomes unuseable #1580

Describe the bug
I don't know what causes the issue, but quite frequently the model browser will not be able to be interacted with. This means I can't use the ui, the arrow keys no longer and i cannot select a model. This happens about once per hour or so. Restarting fixes it, so it isnt critical, but does interupt quite a lot. In addition, the browser will stay broken until the restart, and the issue is present in every entity with a model keyvalue.
To Reproduce
I do not know how to reproduce this, however it may have something to do with exiting the browser?
