Warn when overwriting files on COPY #165
Description
Current SvarCOM behavior is consistent with MS-DOS 5.x and 6.0: it silently overwrites the destination file when said file exists already. The copy-overwrite warning appeared in MS-DOS 6.2. Not a priority but definitely a "nice to have".
