`Fail` should be `Failed`

• At some point, (after this repository starts merging PRs,) I can see about doing a review of the grammar of error messages, but mentioned in Post cache failed with "The template is not valid. hashFiles('**/Makefile') failed." on MacOs #449, Fail really should be Failed:
