Support displaying multiple lint errors on the same line

As of the datac88c-fa25-pilot tag, there is a bug in the code where I assumed there can only be 1 lint error per line. This results in the UI saying that there are 3 lint errors but only displaying 1 (since all 3 lint errors occurred on the same line).
