ESP32-C3 Boot loops when uploaded with program. Even if the program is blank. on Arduino IDE.

Answer

Change the Flash Mode From QIO to DIO. TO do this.

Click Tools then navigate to Flash Mode then select DIO. Then Upload your sketch
