CEPCSW out of the Key4hep nightlies #263

Dear CEPC friends,
as part of the sprint for EDM4hep 1.0, CEPCSW has been taken out temporarily of the nightly key4hep builds, as we discussed in one of the previous Key4hep meetings. There a few changes that will need to be fixed for key4hep/EDM4hep#260, key4hep/EDM4hep#252 and maybe key4hep/EDM4hep#268. Once we can build again we'll add it back.
Consider merging #262 since it doesn't seem to break the current CEPSW.
