Support for Q-Block mode

Does this library support Q-Block mode? That would allow for more efficient file transfers compared to Block...

Hi @dakhnod, thank you for opening this issue! Unfortunately, Q-Block transfer is not yet supported by node-coap and I cannot promise you that it will be implemented in the near future :/ It is great that we have an issue to keep track of this now, though. And of course, we'd be grateful for every PR that tries implementing it.
