Bug: Update the year in footer etc. on daoscript.org

Why is it a bug? Because it repels interested people 😢.

Hopefully not related, but today I noticed that there is one less star on the github.com/daokoder/dao repository than two days ago.

The year was for the website, but since the contents dates well before, I will change it to a more reasonable range. As for the stars, no need to worry, it will naturally increase once we start serious promotion.
