[Feature] List all transactions API

I wonder if there is an API available to list the transactions. As I am trying to automate some tasks based on transactions. I am trying to get the list of transactions and whenever there are new transactions found it will execute certain tasks in the back process. I didn't find any documentation related to listing the transactions. Looking forward to a follow-up reply from the team.
