add P and Q templates to Wiki #104
Description
The home page looks ugly with references like "ERA RCC([7])".
I'd look much better if you add the standard P and Q templates (macros) from WD:
then it will look like "ERA Route Compatibility Check (Q2837746)".
More importantly, these and other WD macros are crucial to enable efficient collaboration on the wiki
