Heartbeat process to keep the bot alive #1
Description
Sometimes the bot crashes because of some infrequent circumstances.
We need to work on some heartbeat processes to keep it alive. Another idea would be to have a system daemon to run the bot so that whenever it crashes, it just restarts by itself.
