Web Parser error with Example

When parsing the base64 in the example: https://github.com/futzu/threefive/tree/master/examples/35decode

the online parser https://iodisco.com/cb/scte35parser

return an error pts_time not set

and the output is not as the one described in the readme example

Going forward use https://github.com/superkabuki/threefive.

Those are kind of old and not right, but I don't have access to it , so I can't fix it.
