The sorting in the list of organizations on a country page is case sensitive

What happened?

The country queries are simply sorted on the orgLabel, which in some cases make organizations with lower case labels.
We should change the queries to ignore the case of the orgLabel which would make them easier for humans to scan.
Possible solution: ORDER BY LCASE(?typeLabel) LCASE(STR(?orgLabel))
