Unwanted page reload when changing style

Hi, first of all great project, so thanks for sharing it!
I've noticed small issue when viewing sample application at http://gregoranders.github.io/arts/
After changing style sheet (top right corner) whole page is reloading.
I've tested in on Chrome 48 and IE11.
Is that refresh necessary?
