color coded indicator on categorical properties #61

Describe the feature
RIght now, multi select and single select properties are all the same color in their tag-pill. We could make them color coded to make them easier visible in the dashboards.
Why is this feature needed?
Easier viewable in the dashbaord, Direct request from palliative care. They would like to be able to have a color coded view of the clinic a patient is assigned to.
Additional context
Only relevant after implementation of editable tables.
