Describe the feature

Palliative care has requested functionality for taking short free-text notes on patients. Long-term this will touch documentation functionality/helpwave docs in general. For now, we should think about how we could solve this. Here are my suggestions:

1. bring back the fixed free text block on detail views of a patients
2. leave this for now and point to the ability to create a free text property

I've worked with option 2 the last couple of days. This is def. manageable, but sometime a little burdensome to navigate as long as properties are simply a list ordered by alphabetical order.

my suggestion would be: work with free text property for now and start thinking about how to use properties more flexible.
