Support for OrientDB 2.2.x?

I upgraded my OrientDB server to 2.2.9 and noticed this message in the log:
OrientDB version is unsupported by driver: 32 vs 36. Will fallback to protocol 28.

Are you planning to add support for OrientDB 2.2.x?

Ditto. We would also like to use 2.2.9. Do we need a donate link or something to help get these changes implemented? I am not being sarcastic. I am very serious. I know it isn't easy supporting an Open-Source project.

We are no longer interested in OrientDB for a few reasons. In any case, I will check what kind of changes are necessary to support binary protocol 35+ and 2.2.x branch. If protocol compatibility is broken (again), it may require some effort. If not, I will push changes in a few days.

Btw, it would be much easier to update the driver if #5119 would be accepted.
