Extracting particle encoder #7

This code and project are awesome! Thanks a lot.
In terms of building upon this, I wonder if there is an easy way to extract the particle encoding part so that it can be connected with the MLP decoder implemented by pytorch. As far as I know, the MLP implemented by tiny cuda nn cannot find the second derivative of the input.
