disable certain options on startup

I believe it would be a good change to disable Topmost and Start minimized as default options. I thought the program wasn't working the first time I opened it because it started minimized. topmost is also inconvenient because it's the kind of thing you want to enable yourself if you want so. other than that, nice program. a bit of a chore to view these information on windows, this makes it much easier

by the way, "view packets" option doesn't seem to do anything.

and the readme is incorrect: it states the latest version is 5.2.0 (it should be 5.5.0)

Sorry for the late reply, I just updated the project and code to be .net 8. I will investigate what it takes to move those options around.
