Refactor graphical part of KEML #126
Description
This is a follow-up on #115
We now deal with the former optional point: maybe separate position management into EMFular or SVG graphics?
Position management is different for explcitly positioned components and those that are children of another one (e.g. new info on message).
We need to identify the relevant catagories and react to most events in general services to reduce the burden on the final user.
