Causes PowerToys Crash

Hey, once I copy fancyzones.dll into the folder, powertoys refuses to launch. any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

I haven't tested it with new version of Powertoys for awhile now.
If you wish to use Fancy Tiling only, just try version Powertoys v0.19.1 and see how it goes.

I tried v0.19.1 and it crashes. This looks like the ideal dynamic tiling window for me :( wish fancy zones just had these features.
