Monitor for MessageControl #8
Description
A object that can monitor a MessageControl instance. It should be able to do the following:
- Get connections' statuses
- Update connections' statuses
- Get each queue's size
- Provide a list of each of the messages
- Create an optional PUB socket that can provide this information
