PCPTool run into exception

run PCPTool decodelog will get exception as below:
ERROR - PcpToolDecodeLog(): (0x80070057) ?????

it seem relate to WinSCard, invalid parameter.

run in VS got:
WinSCard.dll!CRegistry::GetValue(unsigned short const *,unsigned long *,unsigned long *)
