SassDoc does not support the CSS if-function

SassDoc does not support the CSS if function syntax so I either need to create a custom sassdoc generator (I might have a stash somewhere for it) or wait for it to be supported. That project might be abandoned though, so so custom generator might be the way to go.

NOTE: Prettier doesn't really support it yet either since I had to had // prettier-ignore in a few places to prevent invalid CSS from being generated
