Allow resetting the timer without changing the driver-navigator pair

Sometimes there are technical issues e.g. with the internet connection or sharing occurring after the "start" button was pressed. In such situations, I would like to be able to reset the timer to the initial value without changing the driver-navigator pair and skipping the current round so that the round can be started from the beginning after technical issues are resolved.
