Beast format output

It would be nice with a beast-format output with MLAT timestamp so that VRS and other display softwares understand that it is an mlat position. Just like mlat-results in mlat-client.

Using beast format, it could be possible to put the number of receivers used for a solution in the signal strength field, so it could be viewed and logged by external software.
