RED can not support adding library by pyc files #437
Description
In order to protect the source file, we usually compile python library files from py to pyc format, but RED can not support adding library by pyc files. If I edit red.xml to add library by pyc format, RED can not load library successfully. Running the Test Suite and giving the correct report, it is so surprised.
