No notification sounds play

When I have the app open, notification sounds do not play. I have all the notification sounds enabled, and notifications do show up at the corner of my desktop.

Software and OS details:
Aerochat 0.2.4 Test Release (0.2.3 has the same issue)
Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC

Is there anything I am doing wrong or this a known problem?

Is the application capable of playing other audio? Make sure that it's not muted in the volume mixer.

Yes, the volume is up in the mixer. I know Focus is disabled since I hear regular Discord/Windows notifications.
I actually also noticed Aerochat message notifications don't show either, even with all the "Nofify me when _____" options ticked. Sign on notifications show up fine.

i had this issue when installing aerochat 0.2.3 today, i discovered that the folder that contains the sounds "Resources/Sounds" is empty

by downloading the source zip and manually reinserting the sounds i was able to fix this issue

Oh, then it's probably my fault when rewriting the installer script.
