Ignores .dockerignore

Dot is failing because one of the directories is too big, but the thing is that it's not actually needed. I've tried to exclude it from the build context via .dockerignore, but it did not work. It would be great if .dockerignore was not ignored.

Yes, this would be a good idea. Maybe using .gitignore would be more universal. Will check this out.
